Palletizers and depalletizers have always been and continue to be one of BMI's primary system types. BMI's palletizers & depalletizers handle both lightweight and very heavy, bulky payloads.

Multi-SKU Palletizing System

The above system integrates a layer former, a four-axis gantry robot, and a pallet delivery cart to pick up full pallets and deliver empties to multiple pallet locations.

Multi-SKU Palletizing System

The BMI gantry robot coupled with BMI programming makes a very flexible Multi-SKU palletizer. This means if you have multiple products with various case sizes we can sort product to separate pallet locations, or build individual pallet locations for each machine number, even blend product as needed to fill orders.
